About me
Hey, this is Guno Park!
I’ve been drawing for over two decades, and I carry a sketchbook and pen with me absolutely everywhere. What started as a personal obsession led me to an MFA from the New York Academy of Art, exhibiting at the Brooklyn Museum, and seeing my drawings published in MoMA Magazine.
Alongside my studio practice, I’ve spent twenty years teaching at institutions like the School of Visual Arts and the New York Academy of Art. For me, the real joy is helping people strip away the intimidation of a blank page. My work is all about capturing the world in raw, classical line work, and I love showing students how to deconstruct complex subjects into something structural, striking, and full of life.
